| Vicki Radabaugh, other wise known to the locals as Vashti, was born and raised in Lancaster, S.C. and after high school attended two years at the Art Institute of Atlanta, GA. where she studied Interior Design and Graphic Arts. Shortly after she married and spent 13 years as a Air Force Wife and mother of 4 beautiful children, traveling around the United States and England before moving to Prineville. While in the military and traveling she ran an in home child care business and upon moving to Central Oregon, Vashti rejoined the work force outside the home as a Sub for the school district and later was hired as a Special Educational Assistant II. In her spare time she still enjoys drawing, painting and doing any form of art, working with infants, children and special needs children, snowmobiling, camping, gardening and relaxing at home with my family. |
